Where to even start....Harrison changed the way I think about health in the best way possible. Harrison has been the best trainer I've had. Every workout was tailored to me and my physical needs. From stretches to cooldowns, every workout focused on improving my specific needs and goals. None of the workouts felt like a standard routine that is built out one time, then replicated for everyone that is using his services.
