Harrison is a Denver, CO based Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutrition Practitioner specializing in strength & conditioning, functional movement, and personalized nutrition. Harrison excels in assisting his clients in their pursuit to move, feel, and look their best.
After years of feeling stuck in a corporate world that left him feeling unfulfilled, Harrison decided to pursue his passions and dove head-first into the fitness world. Since 2019, Harrison has committed to learning as much as possible about the human movement system and various nutritional modalities. Harrison helps his clients adopt a training and nutritional lifestyle that not only helps them reach and crush their goals but also fits their lifestyle. We are all individuals and what works for one person may not work for another. Harrison embraces this and works with all his clients to find a sustainable approach to their health and fitness.
Harrison believes in not majoring in the minors, but rather focusing on the three foundational pillars of human health: training, nutrition, and mindfulness. The health and wellness world is full of “quick fixes” and hacks that promise to bring you fast results, but many don’t find the impact they are seeking. Harrison will work with you to get back to your roots and bring about true change.
